I get questions every day asking about possible side effects of Stemulite.
Even though Stemulite is all-natural, there are side effects to literally everything when enough people try it. Hell, you can even drink too much water! (It’s called hyponatremia.)
When you look at the label of Stemulite ingredients, you’ll even see the warning, “Do Not Take If You Are Allergic to Mushrooms!”
So here’s a question from one of your fellow readers:
Q: I’ve been taking Stemulite for about a week. I’m a 46 year old female. My heart is racing all the time.
Here’s advice straight from Dr. Summers (who is not a medical doctor, if I haven’t made that clear by now)
I have found only one report of tachycardia [faster than normal heart rate] related to the use of either alpha lipoic acid or L-carnitine [two of the Stemulite ingredients] in the literature. In fact, both are considered to somewhat anti-arrhythmic.
What is likely happening is the increase potential of the electron transport chain (ETC) in the mitochondria of the heart is putting more energy into the cells than it can utilize.
Older mitochondria get “leaky” and this allows the electrons to spill out. One way to down regulate this condition and still utilize the benefits of [tag-self]Stemulite[/tag-self]™ is to take at least 1000 mg of Vitamin C twice a day along with the supplement. The vitamin C should soak up the excess electron charge.
Another suggestion is to cut the dose in half and see if that works. If not, stop taking the supplement altogether and see your doctor.
