I do not take Krill oil or any other mega supplement. I do take a teaspoon of good old fashioned cod liver oil daily. I eat a traditional foods whole foods diet and since I do not eat polyunsaturated high omega 9 vegetable oils at all and i use traditional fats like coconut oil, butter, lard and bacon grease, along with pastured dairy butter, raw milk and eggs, I have no need to supplement beyond a small sprinkle of flax seed on my salad if needed.
These are usually cheaper per amount of EPA and DHA as well. I know Carlson’s lemon flavored fish oil is very popular, and supposedly the lemon masks the fishiness of the oil.
